We will be discussing our future home, The Spiral Center for Conscious Beginnings and the upcoming Dance Party! fundraiser we are coordinating for the week of January 21...

We plan to start holding our educational meetings at the permanent location in February. A list of topics and speakers is pending. If you are interested in presenting please contact Contessa or Myriam.

There will be bi-weekly meetings so plenty of slots to fill!

Kids eat free at the Cafe on Thursday nights with a purchase of $5, but you are not required to buy a meal to join

Voices Of The Spiral Center: Pema

 

 

Pema is the mother of two beautiful children. Her and her husband John have been huge advocates for us and the opening of this center. She has a powerful story to share as to why a resource center for women would have been super helpful after her pregnancies. Her and her family have just recently moved back to her hometown of Miami, but continue to support The Spiral Center from afar . Unfortunately her original recording didnt record the sound, so for her video she has shared many amazing pictures with us from her pregnancies and births to go along with her message. Enjoy!

Part 1

 

Danielle has been a birth advocate since 2008. She has served women and their families as a birth doula, postpartum doula, kundalini and kripalu yoga instructor, and mentored BIRTHING FROM WITHIN® childbirth classes. She offers distinct services including: conscious conception workshops, prenatal & postnatal health consultations, birth art sessions, mother blessing rituals, elimination communication workshops, placenta encapsulation for hormonal balance and herbal education. She is also one of the many voices of The Spiral Center

Meet Brandi, one of the many women who are advocating for the opening of The Spiral Center. She is a mother of three and a Certified Lactation Counselor. She is also currently enrolled at Union Institute & University in the Bachelor of Science Program majoring in Maternal Child Health: Lactation Consulting.
